Some bookings are confirmed automatically, while others require manual review and approval by our staff.
This usually applies to:
- night-time services or special time slots
- areas with limited vehicle availability
- last-minute or specific requests
In these cases, the booking remains pending until confirmed. You will be notified as soon as it is accepted or rescheduled.
