You can request changes to the itinerary even during the service, but this practice is not recommended, as the route and travel times are calculated at the time of booking to ensure proper organization of the service and the driver.
Changes requested on the spot may result in:
• additional costs, based on additional distance, additional time, or deviations from the initial route;
• operational limitations, as some requests may not be accepted based on availability and service scheduling (e.g., access to restricted traffic zones in historic city centers, parking areas where advance reservations are required, etc.).
For vehicles with up to 8 passengers, changes can be evaluated and, if compatible with the operation of the service, accepted.
For vehicles with a capacity of more than 8 passengers, however, it is not possible to change the itinerary during the service, in order to ensure proper management of time and transportation logistics.
