Changes requested on the spot may result in:

• additional costs, based on additional distance, additional time, or deviations from the initial route;

• operational limitations, as some requests may not be accepted based on availability and service scheduling (e.g., access to restricted traffic zones in historic city centers, parking areas where advance reservations are required, etc.).

For vehicles with up to 8 passengers, changes can be evaluated and, if compatible with the operation of the service, accepted.

For vehicles with a capacity of more than 8 passengers, however, it is not possible to change the itinerary during the service, in order to ensure proper management of time and transportation logistics.

Customized tours are ideal for travelers who prefer non-standard routes or for those who wants a completely personalized itinerary and decide how much time dedicates to some places to others.

To request a custom tour, you simply need to send us an email with:

• your preferred tour date(s)
• number of passengers
• number of luggage items

In your request, you can:

• specify the destinations or stops you already have in mind, or
• ask us for suggestions if you don’t have a clear itinerary yet

After receiving your request, we will:

1. Get in touch with you via email
2. Propose a draft itinerary tailored to your needs
3. Refine the details together until everything is defined.

The tour will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit.

Multi-day tours are ideal for sightseeing, customized itineraries, and travel to multiple destinations, with the option of having the same driver for the entire duration of the tour.

Tours are planned based on the client’s needs and can include transfers, scheduled stops, and overnight stays, according to the itinerary agreed upon during booking.

This means that tours can start and end in different locations; in this case, the tour will resume the following day from where we left off the previous day, unless the client requests otherwise.

No, our service is exclusively private chauffeur transfer service.

We provide only private transportation with a driver and do not organize or book additional activities such as:

• winery visits or tastings
• boat tours or sea excursions
• guided tours or recreational experiences

Our service includes transportation to and from the destinations agreed upon at the time of booking.

Any activities or experiences must be booked directly by the customer with the relevant providers. However, we are happy to assist by suggesting ideas and recommending trusted providers — the final booking must always be made by the customer.

We offer both standard pre-designed tours, which can be booked directly, and fully customized tours tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

You can choose between:

• Single-area day tours, focused on a specific area (e.g. Salento, Itria Valley or a particular area of Puglia and surrondings);
• Multi-day tours, covering multiple destinations across different areas of Puglia and surrondings.
• Thematic tours, such as wine tours, olive oil tour, cultural routes, or scenic coastal experiences. In this case we organize different stops related to the chosen theme.

Please note that any extra activities (guided tours, tastings, attraction entrance fees, etc.) are not included in our service.
