What are the luggage rules?

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one small carry-on bag, subject to available space in the vehicle.

For bookings up to 8 passengers, luggage capacity is limited and depends on the total number of passengers and the type of luggage.

Any bulky or special luggage (e.g. golf clubs, sports equipment, oversized items) must be communicated in advance during booking to ensure a suitable vehicle.

Failure to do so may result in the inability to transport additional items.
