Are there extra costs during the service?

The service price is agreed at the time of booking and includes the transfer based on the agreed route and conditions.

Additional costs may occur only in specific situations, such as:

• Driver tips: optional and at the customer’s discretion;
• Extra waiting time: a standard waiting time is included; exceeding it may result in an additional charge;
• Significant flight delays (especially late-night): operational adjustments or supplements may apply when necessary;
• Unplanned stops: any additional stops or route changes not included in the booking.

Any extra charges are applied only when necessary and always with full transparency.
